Joe DeLeo:
- Rowed four years at Mainland Regional High School
- Four years at The George Washington University.
- He spent 3 seasons in the varsity 8 at GWU and was named team MVP his senior year. - - 2 years coaching experience as Graduate Assistant at Syracuse University.
- Completing master's degree in Media Management at the S.I. Newhouse School
- 2nd year with the Syracuse Chargers coaching staff
