Jake Herrick:
- Rowed 4 years at Liverpool High School
- Multiple finalist at New York State H.S. championships
- Rowed 4 years at Marist College graduating in 2004
- 4-time MAAC champion
- 4 years of Coaching experience with Syracuse Chargers
- 5 years of Coaching experience with Liverpool H.S. with Varsity Girls
- Current Henniger H.S. Freshmen Coach 

Rebecca Lee:
- 4 year rower at FM High School. Graduated in 2009
- Member of the 2008, 2009 All State First team.
- Ithaca College Woman's Varsity Rowing 2009/2010
- 2010 Collegiate New York State Champion
- 4th place finish at 2010 NCAA Championships
- 1st year with the Syracuse Chargers coaching staff

Danielle Mendiola:
- Learned to row with Syracuse Chargers in Fall of 2003.
-Varsity coxswain of the Union College Crew Team:
Union College Men in 2008/2009.
Union College Women in 2009/2010.
- 1st year with the Syracuse Chargers coaching staff

Emma Karpowicz:
- From Connecticut and is a current Junior at Syracuse University
- 2 year rower at Syracuse University
- 4 year rower at Riverfront Recapture in High School
- 1st year with the Syracuse Chargers coaching staff

Lindsey Crosby:
- Eight years of experience including multiple competitive seasons through the Chargers
- Varsity coxswain at Mercyhurst college
- National Championship DIII Women’s Varsity 8+ in 2010
- 1st year with the Syracuse Chargers coaching staff
