- Rowed 4 years in high school at Monsignor Bonner high school in Philadelphia,PA
- At Monsignor Bonner Gold medalist at SRAA national championship in the Freshman 8 along with both a silver and bronze medal in the Varsity 8.
- Junior National Team in 2006 (world championships in Amsterdam, The Netherlands)
- Going into 4th year of rowing at Syracuse University
- Grand Finalist at 2010 IRA in Men’s Varsity 8+
- 2nd year with the Syracuse Chargers coaching staff

Brian Van Benschoten:
- 4 year rower at Liverpool High School. Graduated in 2003
- 2 years of rowing at The George Washington University
- 3rd year coaching for the Syracuse Chargers
- Coach of Masters National Champion Women’s D 8+ 2009
- National Junior Team Selection Camp 2003

Kenneth Marfilius:
- Rowed 4 years in high school at Monsignor Bonner high school in Philadelphia,PA
- At Monsignor Bonner Gold medalist at SRAA national championship in the Freshman 8 along with both a silver and bronze medal in the Varsity 8.
- Have attended both Junior National and U23 National team camps.
- Currently a rising senior coxswain on the Syracuse Men's crew team.

Zaula Usman:
- Rowed 4 years at Nottingham High School
- Made Grand Final at Royal Canadian Henley in H.S. Womens 8+
- Rowed 4 years at Syracuse University graduating in 2008
- Multiple medals won at Eastern Sprints in V4 and JV 8
- 5 years of Coaching experience with Syracuse Chargers
- Assistant Mens and Womens coach at Vassar College in 2008, 2009
